EasyPay is an online payment provider that offers fast bill payments, money transfers and other services through a secure gateway. It is available on Android, iOS and Windows.
To register with EasyPay, you should first download the application on your phone or use your PC. Then you can add money to your EasyPay account by using a credit or debit card or directly through your e-banking. Start paying your bills or other services in a few clicks.
It’s very simple, you don’t need to carry cash and you can easily avoid all the long queues. You can pay all your bills, buy products at anytime, anywhere, from your couch or while on holidays, in or out of Albania.
We offer maximum security by using a two-factor authentication. To ensure your information is safe, we do not recommend using a public WiFi or accessing your account from a computer that is not yours. Do not share your password with others and change it frequently.
Even if you don’t have a bank account, you can register with EasyPay and go to one of the EasyPay sales agents to add credit to your account using cash. Alternatively, you can go to one of the banking partners of EasyPay to open a bank account.
Contact your bank and apply for the e-banking service and/or apply for a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
We will notify you by email or SMS about the status of your payment. If you have not received our email within a few minutes please check the “spam” or “junk” folder of your inbox. Otherwise, please contact us so that we can send the confirmation email again.
We thrive to offer our services with no extra or hidden costs however there are a couple of services that require a small service fee. Please check out Fees & Limits for further information.
No, you cannot cancel a successful payment.
EasyPay account can be locked for various reasons:
- Your ID is missing or your personal details are not correct
- Name on the account doesn’t match your ID
- Suspicious transactions
If your account is locked for any of the above reasons, please contact us at email@example.com to reactivate it.
